Binocular Vision Evaluation

Service Description

We diagnose amblyopia (lazy eye), strabismus (eye turns), visual skills deficiencies, learning-related difficulties, and acquired brain injuries from the tests done during this evaluation. Afterwards, a specific treatment plan is created for each patient. An itemized receipt with all the diagnosis codes obtained from this evaluation, along with the procedure codes, will be provided after the evaluation in order for each patient to seek reimbursement through their medical insurance.
