INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions between a client and a therapist. INTENSIVE THERAPY
Intensive therapy is designed for individuals who are experiencing higher levels of distress and/or impairment in their daily lives, hence requiring a higher level of support. It is a structured treatment program that offers frequent and intensive sessions compared to traditional therapy.
